In her current position Precious supports the Primary team in the development of an Antiracist learning culture. When asked what that means she said, “Being antiracist means that learning is centered contextually on who our kids are and that they receive every day a teacher who operates with ALL Kids Can in heart and mind and that learning is grounded in grade-level expectations, strong instruction, and academically rigorous high expectations.”

As a 2012 graduate of Kaplan University (B.S.,Psychology/Child Development) and a 2021 graduate of Concordia University (M.A.Ed.,Instruction and Curriculum Design), Logan McWilliams has over ten years of teaching experience that has taken her across the globe.

NaTasha R. Proctor is currently the Senior Manager, Operations for New Leaders supporting the California region. In her role, she serves as a thought-partner to the Executive Director, Program Implementation.
INTERN COORDINATOR LIT LAB
Bianca is the College & Career Pathways Coach at MPA where she is responsible for building sustainable systems and strategies to support students in their post-secondary planning and awareness. With a bachelor's degree in psychology from UC Berkeley and a master's degree in education from Johns Hopkins University, Bianca has experience in curriculum development, program evaluation, and culturally responsive pedagogy.
