Dr. Sabrina “Bri” Moore
Executive Director of 3Ls
Dr. Bri currently works for the Oakland Unified School district managing 16 schools changing outcomes inside and outside of complex systems. Dr. Bri is a PROUD Oakland Native, and has served as Principal/Instructional Leader for TK-5 in the Oakland Unified School District and is a former teacher.
She has a strong desire to lead high-impact initiatives benefiting youth across Oakland, starting in the Sobrante Park community. Her mission is to transform outcomes one neighborhood at a time.
She blazed a trail by founding and leading 3Ls Academy. As Executive Director for The 3Ls Academy, she blazed a trail, designing program solutions that focus on technical, relational, social and cultural aspects of complex change efforts focused on educational equity.

In her current position Precious supports the Primary team in the development of an Antiracist learning culture. When asked what that means she said, “Being antiracist means that learning is centered contextually on who our kids are and that they receive every day a teacher who operates with ALL Kids Can in heart and mind and that learning is grounded in grade-level expectations, strong instruction, and academically rigorous high expectations.”

NaTasha R. Proctor is currently the Senior Manager, Operations for New Leaders supporting the California region. In her role, she serves as a thought-partner to the Executive Director, Program Implementation.
